STORY

The idea for The Fusion Factory was born out of our love of Asian food from many countries, the classic soy based sauces of China and Japan, the rich curries from Thailand and India and the beautiful, simple soups and sandwiches of Vietnam. Led by award winning Chef Rod Aglibot, the menu is like a tour through the Asian subcontinent.

Fusion, by definition, means the process or result of joining two or more things together to form a single entity. Our idea of fusion is actually two things, fusing together exotic taste profiles, like our Butter Chicken Bu Yah served over thick and hearty Japanese Udon noodles. Or our Chicken Pho featuring Tandoori spiced chicken satays. The other concept of fusion is simply being able to find all of these flavors in one place. So no matter what you have the taste for, The Fusion Factory is likely able to deliver.
